"Third-Party Materials" refers to content provided by external parties and made available through the UniversalTradeMart platform.

Buyers
Refers to individuals or businesses who use the UniversalTradeMart platform to request products, post leads, or seek services for commercial purposes.

Sellers
Refers to individuals or businesses who offer products or services to Buyers through the UniversalTradeMart platform for commercial purposes.

To access or use the UniversalTradeMart Platform and its associated services, all users must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum Age
Users must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority as defined by local law, to register and use our Services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Commercial Use
The Platform is intended solely for commercial, professional, or business purposes. By registering as a Buyer or Seller, you acknowledge that your use is for trade, business, or professional activities, not for personal or domestic use.

3. Legal Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements with UniversalTradeMart. If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Compliance with Laws
All users agree to conduct their activities on the Platform in full compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Access Limitations
UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any individual or entity that does not meet these eligibility criteria, or whose participation could present legal, security, or reputational risks to the Platform.

Third-Party Content refers to content provided by external sources that is displayed on the platform.

Buyers
Buyers are individuals or businesses using the platform to search for products, submit inquiries, or request services for commercial purposes.

Sellers
Sellers are individuals or businesses who list products or services, respond to inquiries, or engage with buyers for commercial purposes through the platform.

Platform Usage
By using the platform, all users acknowledge that it functions solely as a connector between parties. The platform is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or communications conducted between users. All participants agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations while using the services.

Service Overview
Our platform provides a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers for commercial purposes. Users can post and respond to inquiries, list products or services, access information about offerings, and communicate with other users through features available on both the website and mobile applications.

Users

Third-Party Content refers to materials provided by external parties that are made accessible through the platform.

Buyers
Buyers are individuals or businesses using the platform to search for products, submit inquiries, or request commercial services.

Sellers
Sellers are individuals or businesses offering products or services, responding to buyer inquiries, or providing commercial services through the platform.

Usage Disclaimer
By using the platform, all users acknowledge that it acts solely as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. The platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, delivery, or fulfillment of any products or services exchanged. All transactions, negotiations, and agreements are conducted directly between the parties involved.

User Obligations
By using the UniversalTradeMart Platform, you agree to act responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform, other users, or third-party systems.

Your Content
"Your Content" refers to any information, materials, or data you upload, post, share, or transmit via the platform, including product listings, reviews, ratings, images, videos, messages, and profile details. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Platform Content
"UniversalTradeMart Content" includes materials, designs, software, graphics, reports, interactive tools, and other resources created or provided by UniversalTradeMart to operate the platform. This content is protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the platform without express authorization.

Third-Party Content
"Third-Party Content" refers to materials made available by other users, advertisers, or external partners. While accessible through the platform, UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or quality. Any use or reliance on Third-Party Content is at your own risk.

Buyers
Buyers are users who seek products, post inquiries, or request commercial services through the platform. Buyers must act responsibly, provide accurate information, and engage in good faith with sellers.

Sellers
Sellers are users who offer products or services for sale on the platform. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, offers, and communications comply with applicable laws, are truthful, and accurately represent the goods or services offered.

Nature of LOIs
Letters of Intent (LOIs) provided via the Golden Buyer Services on the UniversalTradeMart Platform are preliminary indications of interest between Buyers and Sellers. They do not constitute legally binding agreements, contracts, or guarantees of a completed transaction.

No Assurance of Completion
UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee that any LOI will result in a successful sale, purchase, or commercial arrangement. Buyers and Sellers are fully responsible for negotiating, verifying, and formalizing any resulting agreements.

User Responsibilities
By using the Golden Buyer Services, you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") agree to carefully assess the validity, accuracy, and relevance of any LOI you submit or receive. Users must perform their own due diligence and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
UniversalTradeMart and its affiliates are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use of LOIs, including reliance on their content. All risks associated with interpreting or acting on LOIs remain with the users involved.

Third-Party Information
LOIs or related information may be provided by external users or third-party sources. UniversalTradeMart does not verify the accuracy or authenticity of such content, and any use or reliance on it is at your own risk.

Buyers and Sellers
Buyers are users seeking commercial opportunities through LOIs, while Sellers are users submitting or responding to LOI-based offers. Both parties are expected to provide accurate information, act in good faith, and comply with applicable regulations when participating in Golden Buyer Services.

Service Overview
UniversalTradeMart offers a combination of free and premium services on its Platform. All pricing for subscriptions, premium tools, or individual services is clearly displayed before purchase and may vary depending on the chosen plan or service.

Customer Responsibility
Customers ("You" or "Your") are responsible for reviewing and understanding all pricing information prior to using paid services. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of the transaction.

Payment Guidelines
Payments must be made through authorized methods available on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Pricing, fees, and payment terms may be updated, and notice will be provided where applicable.

Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for understanding any fees associated with posting leads, accessing premium features, or requesting services. All transactions must be completed according to the Platform’s payment terms.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must ensure that all pricing information is accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for clearly communicating any charges to Buyers to prevent disputes.

Third-Party Services
Some services on the Platform may be provided by third-party vendors. Pricing, payment terms, and refund policies for these services are governed by the respective providers. UniversalTradeMart is not responsible for any billing, payment, or refund issues related to third-party offerings.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or organization accessing or using the UniversalTradeMart Platform or its Services.

Your Content
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes all data, information, or materials that you upload, post, share, or transmit via the Platform. This may include product listings, reviews, ratings, messages, images, videos, or profile information. You are fully responsible for ensuring that Your Content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

UniversalTradeMart Content
“UniversalTradeMart Content” includes all materials created or provided by UniversalTradeMart, including software, interface designs, graphics, reports, interactive features, and usage-related data. This content is proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside the Platform without prior authorization.

Third-Party Content
“Third-Party Content” refers to materials provided by advertisers, partners, other users, or external sources and made available through the Platform. UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. Any use or reliance on Third-Party Content is at your own risk.

Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are Customers who post leads, inquiries, or commercial requests on the Platform. Buyers must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information when using the Services.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are Customers who list or offer products/services on the Platform. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings, descriptions, and related content are accurate, lawful, and comply with all applicable regulations.

Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer (“You” or “Your”) using the UniversalTradeMart Platform, you are required to follow all content and privacy policies. You must not upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

Content Guidelines
Any content you post—including text, images, videos, reviews, messages, or profile details—must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate for commercial or professional use. All content should comply with platform policies and applicable laws. UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these guidelines.

Privacy Policy

Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must ensure that all posted leads, inquiries, or commercial requests are truthful, complete, and comply with these content and privacy guidelines, as well as applicable laws.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must ensure that all product listings, offers, descriptions, and communications with Buyers follow platform guidelines, legal requirements, and the Privacy Policy.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual, business, or organization using the UniversalTradeMart Platform or any of its Services.

Content
“Content” encompasses all forms of data and information, including text, reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and other materials. “Your Content” or “Customer Content” refers to any material you upload, post, share, or transmit through the Services, such as product listings, ratings, reviews, messages, images, or profile information. “UniversalTradeMart Content” refers to materials created, owned, or provided by UniversalTradeMart, including interface designs, graphics, software, interactive features, reports, and usage data linked to your account. This does not include Your Content or Third-Party Content. “Third-Party Content” refers to content provided by users, companies, or other entities not affiliated with UniversalTradeMart or its Customers, which may be available on the Platform.

Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are individuals or entities who submit business leads, inquiries, or purchase requests on the UniversalTradeMart Platform for commercial purposes. Buyers must use the Platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are individuals or entities who list, offer, or sell products or services to Buyers through the UniversalTradeMart Platform for commercial purposes. Sellers are responsible for ensuring all listings, offers, and communications comply with platform guidelines and applicable legal requirements.

Customer Definition
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or entity using the UniversalTradeMart Platform who provides feedback, reviews, ratings, or comments regarding products, services, or interactions on the Platform.

Submitting Feedback
Customers may share reviews, ratings, or comments based on their genuine experience with Sellers, products, or services. Feedback must be honest, accurate, respectful, and professional. Posting false, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Content
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes any feedback, reviews, ratings, or related materials submitted by Customers. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform guidelines.

Use of Feedback
Customer feedback may be utilized by UniversalTradeMart to enhance platform services, provide insights, or display ratings publicly. Feedback may also be shared with Sellers to improve service quality, while complying with privacy policies.

Buyer Feedback
Buyers are encouraged to leave constructive, honest, and accurate feedback reflecting their actual experiences with products or services. Feedback must not include misleading or false statements.

Seller Responses
Sellers may respond to customer reviews or ratings professionally and factually. All responses must adhere to platform rules and respect the rights of other users.

Customer Definition
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or entity using the UniversalTradeMart Platform to create, post, or manage advertising or promotional materials.

Advertising Guidelines
All advertisements, promotional offers, or marketing materials (“Advertising Content”) must be truthful, lawful, accurate, and free from misleading or offensive elements. Content that violates applicable laws or platform policies is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Advertising Content
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes all advertising materials you submit, such as images, banners, text, videos, or external links. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your content complies with intellectual property laws, advertising standards, commercial regulations, and privacy requirements.

Platform Content
“UniversalTradeMart Content” includes tools, templates, analytics, designs, and guidelines provided by UniversalTradeMart to support advertising. This content is proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used outside the platform without prior written consent.

Third-Party Content
“Third-Party Content” refers to advertising or promotional materials submitted by other users, partners, or external advertisers. UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. Engagement with Third-Party Content is at your own risk.

Buyer and Seller Advertising
Buyers and Sellers may advertise their inquiries, products, or services on the platform. Buyers must ensure their ads accurately represent their needs, while Sellers must ensure promotional claims truthfully reflect the products or services offered. All advertising must comply with platform rules and applicable laws.

Platform Rights
UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to review, monitor, edit, restrict, or remove any Advertising Content that violates platform policies, legal requirements, or community standards. The platform may also provide promotional tools, analytics, or visibility features to support advertising activities.

No Service Guarantees
Our platform is offered on a “use at your own risk” basis. We do not promise that the platform will always operate flawlessly, be uninterrupted, or contain fully accurate or complete information. Users should understand that all services, tools, and content are provided without any explicit or implicit guarantees.

Limiting Our Responsibility
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses—direct or indirect—that may result from using the platform or from reliance on its content. This includes any issues arising from communications, transactions, or disagreements between users, whether financial, reputational, or otherwise.

User Duties and Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to protect and hold the platform, its team members, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your actions, submissions, or interactions with other users, as well as any violation of these terms.
